When choosing a fully automatic centrifuge for material separation, you need to pay attention to:

Ensure that the pipelines between the reaction centrifuges are unobstructed.Because the fully automatic centrifuge works intermittently, when the feed is stopped, the feed valve of the fully automatic centrifuge will automatically close to stop the feed. Therefore, if the material is easy to settle, you need to consider the bottom of the kettle and the automatic feed valve. Add backflush or other measures to solve the pipe blockage caused by material precipitation and affect the next batch of work.

2. When installing the fully automatic centrifuge, the foundation needs to be raised. The foundation can be a steel frame structure or a concrete structure.If a concrete structure is used, it is recommended to embed iron plates at four positions of the centrifuge shock absorber to facilitate welding of the shock absorber and the embedded iron plate during installation of the centrifuge. You can also consider using anchor bolts to connect the fully automatic centrifuge.

3. The discharge from the fully automatic centrifuge can be carried out using ton bags or containers, or it can be directly connected to the drying equipment through pipelines to directly enter the drying process.If a production line uses a large number of fully automatic centrifuges, you can consider using a conveyor belt for centralized loading.
