2. Start the oil pump station, [Oil pump working pressure <25Kg/f (table)], run for 3 minutes, no abnormality
The situation is considered normal.
3. Check whether the discharge port butterfly valve and the discharge port valve are closed, and proceed to the next step after confirming that they are closed.
4. Open the valve on the nitrogen buffer so that the pressure gauge on the nitrogen buffer displays <0.06Mp
(table), then open the nitrogen valve entering the centrifuge tank and keep the pressure gauge display
0.03~0.06Mpa (table), keep for 4~5 minutes, confirm that the centrifuge tank is filled with nitrogen before proceeding to the next step
step operation.
5. Turn on the medium speed button of the host, and the host frequency reaches 23.00HZ, or the mother liquor outlet valve can be automatically opened.
Indicates the arrival of medium speed. When the measured oxygen content is lower than 4%, the feeding starts and the centrifuge drum automatically closes when the material is full.
Feed valve, confirm that there are no abnormalities before proceeding to the next step.
6. Turn on the high-speed button of the host, and the host frequency reaches 45.00HZ or the host liquid outlet butterfly can be automatically opened.
The valve indicates high-speed arrival, start centrifugal deliquidation, or washing and dehydration. According to experience, shut down the main engine after running for a few minutes.
Check the machine's high-speed button and liquid outlet butterfly valve, and proceed to the next step after confirming that there are no abnormalities.
7. After the drum stops rotating, turn on the low speed button of the host. When the frequency of the host reaches 3.5HZ, turn on the scraper.
Rotate the feed button, and (move) the amount of feed depends on the thickness and hardness of the material layer (the feed can be divided into multiple feeds).
8. While turning on the lower scraper lowering button, open the discharging butterfly valve until the discharge is completed, press the scraper up
Lift and scraper rotation back buttons.
9. If you need to work again, just repeat steps 5, 6, 7, and 8. If you need to stop, please turn off the oil pump and then turn it off again.
Turn on the power, and finally close the nitrogen valve so that the pressure gauge on the nitrogen buffer tank indicates zero.
If you need to divide the knife and unload the material multiple times, press: (for example, three times)
