Product structure principle
The main motor drives the inner and outer bowls to rotate at full speed.Materials are continuously introduced from the feed pipe and evenly spread on the inner filter wall of the inner bowl.Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid passes through the filter screen and the drum filter holes, and then is discharged from the drain pipe out of the machine.The solids remain in the inner bowl and form a round filter cake.When the inner and outer bowls rotate at the same speed, the inner bowl continues to make axial reciprocating motions driven by the piston.In this way, the push plate pushes the filter cake in the inner bowl to continuously move outwards, enters the outer bowl, and is further separated after being discharged out of the inner bowl to form a circular filter cake.The outer surface of the inner bowl will push the filter cake at the outer bowl to move outward until it is discharged out of the outer bowl, and then discharged out of the machine through scraping grooves.

HR series centrifuge is a horizontal two-stage piston-driven filter centrifuge with continuous operation.The centrifuge can continuously perform feeding, separation, washing, unloading and other tasks when running at full speed.It has the characteristics of continuous operation, stable operation, high separation coefficient, high production capacity, high output, good washing effect, low moisture content of filter cake, low solid content of mother liquor, etc. It is suitable for separation of suspensions containing granular solids larger than 0.08mm. Concentration greater than 35%.It is widely used in chemical industry, fertilizer, alkali production, salt production and other industries, especially suitable for solid-liquid separation of sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, etc.
