PSQ series centrifuge is an intermittent operation plate-type clean filtration equipment.Materials enter the drum from the feed pipe on the closed shell.Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid passes through the filter medium and is discharged out of the machine.The solids remain inside the drum and are discharged from the top when the lid is opened after the machine has stopped.The cover can be fully rotated by manual, hydraulic or pneumatic driving to a rotation angle greater than 90°, exposing all parts of the drum for easy unloading, cleaning, filter bag replacement, etc. The whole machine is manufactured in accordance with GMP and FDA requirements.After polishing, there are no dead corners.The PSFQ centrifuge is directly driven by a motor, which avoids dust that may be generated by V-belts and mechanical brakes.Especially suitable for flammable, explosive and toxic occasions.
